Update 0.6.0: Sales control
Offers can be edited and stopped — inline in the row, without a dialog. And roles now actually take effect.

Editing in the row:
You change an offer's price and access duration right where it sits. While setting a price you see the neighbouring prices — exactly what you want to compare against.
Stop instead of delete:
An offer can be deactivated. It leaves the catalogue, all purchases on it stay valid. There is no third state.
Amounts compute correctly:
A price typed the German way as 67,90 lands as 67.90 in the database. Previously the conversion could fail on the separator notation.
Roles take effect:
Twelve surfaces are now reserved for the owner — offers, orders, accounts, settings. An author gets a clear refusal there, not an invented not-found message.
Course lists are filtered:
An author sees their courses. Not all of them, nine tenths of which refuse to open.
