a) Contact Form

If you contact us via the contact form, we process:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Telephone number (optional)

• Content of your message

Purpose of processing:

• To answer your inquiry

• To prepare a potential offer or contract

• Internal documentation of customer communication

Processing takes place pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

b) Server Log Files

Our hosting provider automatically collects:

• IP address

• Browser type and version

• Operating system

• Referrer URL

• Date and time of access

This serves the technical security and stability of the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

c) Technically necessary storage and audience measurement

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. For features you explicitly request, your selected language may be stored in the NEXT_LOCALE cookie and an unsubmitted inquiry draft may be stored locally in your browser. The draft is removed after submission or when you clear it, and expires after 30 days at the latest. Audience measurement uses no cookies or other access to your device; see section 9 for details.

4. Storage Period

We store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described, and delete it afterward unless statutory retention periods apply.
Contact form data is deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed, unless a business relationship arises.

5. Disclosure of Data

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• When required for contract performance (e.g., payment provider, hosting)

• When legally obligated to

Transfer to third countries occurs only if adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses exist.

Our website is hosted by a European provider who processes personal data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR (data processing agreement).

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies and do not integrate external analytics or advertising services.

a) Language selection

Your selected language may be stored in the technically necessary NEXT_LOCALE cookie so the website can be served in your chosen language.

b) Inquiry draft

When you use the inquiry wizard, your unsubmitted draft is stored locally in your browser. It is removed after submission or when you clear it, and expires after 30 days at the latest.

Legal basis and management

This storage is permitted under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG because it is used exclusively to provide the feature you requested. You can view and delete cookies and local website data at any time in your browser. As no non-essential storage or comparable access takes place, no consent banner is required for these functions.

9. Reach Measurement Without Cookies

We operate our own reach measurement, hosted on our servers within the EU. It is deliberately designed to be data-minimising:

• No cookies, no access to your device. No cookies are set and no information is read from your device. Accordingly, no consent under Section 25 TDDDG is required.

• Your IP address is not stored. Your IP address is processed only transiently in memory to derive a non-reversible check value (hash) and is not stored.

• No persistent recognition. The check value incorporates a regularly rotating key, so visitors cannot be recognised beyond that rotation. No cross-device or cross-person profiles are created.

• Aggregated evaluation only. We record the page visited, the referrer and the browser, operating-system and device type in grouped form. A visit is only combined within a short time window.

• No disclosure, no third-country transfer. The data stays with us and is not passed on to third parties; no transfer to third countries takes place.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a privacy-friendly, aggregated analysis of website usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR) using the contact details provided under section 12.

10. Online appointment booking

We use our own booking system, operated on our European infrastructure. We process your name, email address, optional telephone number and message, as well as the selected appointment, duration and time zone. The data is used to book, confirm, manage and, where applicable, cancel the appointment, including the calendar invitation. No external scheduling service is embedded.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract). Booking data is deleted once the appointment has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations remain.

We reserve the right to adapt this Privacy Policy as needed. The current version is always available on this page.
