Data ownership
Yes, once a day. Your installation tells us that it is running: server address, version, a checksum of the program code and the licence status of add-on modules. Customer data and content are not included. This lets us spot copied or altered installations. It does not affect operation: if we are ever unreachable, everything keeps running.
Ownership & costs
Yes. Your system runs on your own server. That's exactly what „it's yours" means. We handle the setup, configuration and launch. The running cost goes directly to the hosting and domain provider, not to us.
A server (e.g. Hetzner) runs about €17–28 a month, the domain around €5–9, together roughly €22–37 monthly. You pay these directly to the host and registrar. You pay us nothing for it: no subscription, no monthly rent.
Because there you pay rent for access to your own presence. Stop paying and it's gone. With us you pay once for the build. After that the code, the data and full hosting control are yours, with no leash from us.
Operation & maintenance
The first three months of support are included: fine-tuning, security updates and smaller adjustments. After that, maintenance follows a workshop principle: regular checks, free diagnosis, repairs only against a fixed-price quote. No subscription.
We check your system at regular intervals, free of charge, like an oil-change inspection. If the check finds something, you get a notification. Then you decide freely: fix it yourself, hire us at a fixed price, or bring in someone else. No obligation, no ongoing contract.
Diagnosis is always free. Only if something genuinely needs doing do you get a fixed price up front: a flat sum you can accept or not. There's no ongoing maintenance contract and no hourly meter.
Bug fixes on what was delivered, security and update care, fine-tuning plus small text and content corrections, along with monitoring. We set up the daily backup on your server as part of the delivery. New features or extra pages are separate projects, not maintenance.
You can, any time: it's yours. You get the access, the handover and the complete system. The free check stays available as an option; you don't have to use it. You're tied to nothing.
