Emails
Which messages Lyceum sends, when they go out and why they are readable in every client.
Four messages, no more
Purchase confirmation, backoffice invitation, password reset, reminder before a time-limited access expires. No newsletters, no follow-up sequences — Lyceum is not a marketing machine and does not pretend to be.
They go through the worker
Sending runs in the background. A stalled mail server therefore delays a message but never blocks a purchase. If the worker is down, messages queue and go out once it is back — they are not lost.
Why the templates are built old-fashioned
The emails use tables and fixed colours in the markup. That looks like 2005 and is the reason they arrive in Outlook as intended. Modern techniques are simply ignored there.
Set the sender properly
A purchase confirmation that lands in spam is a support case. Sender address and transport belong to the setup, not to the follow-up work.
