Update 1.25: Collaboration visible, locks binding

New:

See live who is working:

• On the entry you see who is currently reading along or collaborating — with a name badge and typing indicator down to the individual field.

• The entry list also shows which entries are being edited right now.

Binding locks:

• Edit locks now apply server-side: nobody can silently overwrite or delete your entry while you are working on it.

• Taking over someone else’s lock only works deliberately — with a confirmation dialog.

• Collaboration requests no longer run into the void: those waiting see when a request has expired.
