This page explains what Gawenda Studio stores on your device and how our audience measurement works.

1. Technically necessary storage

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. Information is stored on your device only where necessary for a feature you explicitly request:

• If you switch the language, your browser keeps that choice so the website appears in the language you want. The entry expires as soon as you close the browser.
• The inquiry wizard stores your unsubmitted draft locally in your browser. It is removed after submission or when you clear it, and expires after 30 days at the latest.

2. Cookie-free audience measurement

We measure website use with our own solution hosted on our EU servers. It does not set cookies or read information from your device. The visited page, referrer, browser, operating system and device type are recorded in grouped form. Your IP address is processed only transiently to create a non-reversible, regularly rotating check value and is not stored. No data is sent to external analytics or advertising services.

3. Legal basis and consent

Storage that is technically necessary for language selection and the draft feature is permitted under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG because it is used exclusively to provide the feature you requested. As we do not use non-essential cookies or comparable device access, no consent banner is required for these functions.

4. Managing stored data

You can view and delete cookies and local website data at any time in your browser settings. This may reset your language selection and remove an inquiry draft that has not yet been submitted.

5. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the features we use or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
