What does Synapse cost?

A one-time licence fee per installation — no subscription, no fee per user. So it doesn't get more expensive just because your team grows. Current prices on the product page.

Where does it run?

On your own server. On request we handle the setup; you decide on ongoing operation.

Do I get updates?

Bug fixes automatically; larger improvements for as long as Synapse is offered. Details are governed by the licence agreement.

Who owns my content?

You do. Your content and data belong to you and sit on your server. The software itself you use under a perpetual licence.

Do I need developers for maintenance?

No. You maintain content yourself in the interface. You only need developers for the frontend or for new structures — and even structure changes go live instantly without technical intervention.

Is Synapse a page builder like WordPress?

No. Synapse manages content and serves it; the design is done in code. That makes it faster, more secure and more flexible — but not a click-together builder for finished pages.
