What is a space?

A space is a separate workspace within one Synapse installation — with its own content, media and permissions. Think of it like separate floors in a building: same address, but each floor to itself.

When it helps

Ideal when you manage several brands, subsidiaries or projects and want to keep them cleanly apart — without setting up and maintaining a separate system for each.

Separation with just one system

Each space is self-contained but runs on the same installation. That means less maintenance, one operation, clear boundaries. One brand's team sees only its area, nothing of the others.
