Update 1.28: Version history rebuilt

New:

Restore with a safety net:

• Restoring asks first and creates a history entry of its own — every restore can thus be undone.

• The history is now reachable directly in the editor, not only via the list.

Readable history:

• Links appear as titles instead of numbers; yes/no fields and language versions are rendered readably.

• Saving without a real change no longer creates an empty version; the panel uses the full width for content.
