Update 1.24: Languages per entry

New:

Languages per entry:

• Every entry can be limited to specific languages — a German-only article no longer appears empty on the English site.

• The language switch sits directly in the editor; existing entries behave unchanged.

Fallback language:

• One language (e.g. English) can always show everything: empty fields there fill automatically from the default language instead of showing gaps.

Honest reminders:

• The translation hints on the dashboard only count languages the entry is actually meant to appear in.
