Set up the integration:
Under Settings → Integrations you connect your Formline CRM: enter address and access key, the connection test immediately shows the forms found. The key is stored encrypted and never leaves the server.
“Form” field type:
Editors pick from a list which Formline form appears on a page — with name and field count.
If the connection is temporarily unreachable, nothing blocks: the field cleanly degrades to a text input.
