Separate workspaces

A space is a self-contained area within your Formline installation — with its own contacts, deals and permissions. Ideal when you want to keep several brands, locations or business areas cleanly apart.

Separation with overview

A space's data stays in that space. When needed, a contact can be moved deliberately into another space. So everything stays separated without you having to maintain several systems — one operation, clear boundaries.

When it helps

When two brands should see nothing of each other, a location has its own processes or a subsidiary is run separately — spaces give each its area, while you operate and maintain just one system.
