Who changed what?

The audit log records changes in the system — a traceable trail of who did what and when. Especially when several people work with the same customer data, this creates clarity.

What it's good for

For internal control, for clearing up misunderstandings (“who changed the status?”, “when was the contact deleted?”) and for data protection. Instead of blame there's a fact you can look up.

Part of your data sovereignty

Because Formline runs on your server, this log too stays with you — under your control, not in a foreign cloud. Traceability is thus no add-on service but belongs to you.
