Email straight from the contact
You can send an email directly from the contact. It's sent via your own email accounts (SMTP), which you store in the settings — so the mail comes from your address, not from a foreign system, and lands in spam less often.

You set up recurring messages as templates — first contact, offer, follow-up mail. That saves typing and keeps the tone consistent, no matter who on the team writes.
