Kanban boards bundle tasks and matters into columns. Unlike the deal pipeline (which is fixed to your sales stages), these boards are free — for any process your team wants to steer visually: onboarding, support, projects, editorial.

Design columns freely

You create columns, rename them, reorder them with the mouse and delete them again. Cards move from column to column by drag and drop. So you map every “left to right” process you already have in your head anyway.

Shared in the team

A board can belong to several people: you invite members, remove them again and control visibility. So a team works together on the same board — with clear ownership per card, instead of tasks vanishing between chairs.
