What does Formline cost?

A one-time licence fee per installation — no subscription, no fee per user. It doesn't get more expensive just because your team grows. Current prices on the product page.

Where does it run?

On your own server. Procuring and operating the infrastructure is up to you; on request we handle the initial setup.

Do I get updates?

Bug fixes automatically; updates for as long as we offer Formline. Details are governed by the licence agreement.

Can I take over existing contacts?

Yes. Via CSV import you take over existing contacts along with the mapping of your columns — into custom fields too.

Does Formline connect with other tools?

Yes. Via website forms, an open interface and workflows; email runs via your own SMTP accounts, appointments via a calendar feed.

Who owns my data?

You do. It sits on your server, can be exported, and you use the software under a perpetual licence — no lock-in.
