Subtasks for multi-step work
You break a larger task into subtasks — “create offer” becomes “clarify needs”, “calculate”, “send”. So a multi-step matter stays bundled in one task instead of falling apart into many loose individual tasks.
Comments hold the context
You record agreements as comments right on the task — the context stays where the work happens, not in separate chats or emails no one finds later.
Control & sort
Custom status stages, due dates and board assignment make visible what's due. Tasks can be filtered, reordered, moved between boards and edited in bulk actions — even with many matters the overview stays.
