Log time on tasks, turn a won deal into a project board, get reminded before deadlines, and keep large boards responsive.
New:
Time on the task:
In a task's time tab you log time the way you think of it: 1:30, 1.5 or 90. The tab shows the total, the customer record adds up the minutes, and your own analyses can work with them.
Project board from a won deal:
One click on a won deal creates the project board from the template: kickoff tasks with due dates, assigned by role and linked to customer and deal. Each deal gets exactly one board.
Reminded before the deadline:
A reminder arrives the day before a deadline. If a task has no assignee, it reaches the person who created it. Tasks can repeat weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Read only:
The “Read only” role sees boards, tasks, customers, deals, quotes and invoices, and changes nothing anywhere.
Duplicates without email:
Kepler recognises the same person by name together with phone number or company, in imports, forms and bookings. A marker in the list and the customer file leads to that contact's duplicates.
Large boards stay responsive:
A board loads the first 30 cards per column and 100 more each time you scroll to the end. Boards with many tasks therefore open faster.
