Notes for everything that matters

Notes record what fits no structure: conversation content, hints, internal agreements. They hang directly on contacts, forms or submissions, instead of getting lost in foreign note apps.

Attachments at the right matter

Files (offers, contracts, images, receipts) you upload, download right at the respective record and sort into categories (e.g. document, image). So everything sits at the right contact, not in shared folders no one can make sense of anymore.

Why this tidies up everyday work

The typical question “where was Company X's contract again?” falls away: it sits at the contact, where you look for it. Everything about a relationship in one place: that's the core of what a CRM does over scattered tools.
