Roles & permissions: Kepler

Everyone may do exactly the right thing

Rarely should everyone be allowed to do everything. Kepler comes with graded roles, from full to read-only, so each person has exactly the rights they need for their work, no more.

Granularly controlled

Rights apply finely: create, edit, delete contacts and deals; manage tasks, forms, submissions, users, workflows and settings, all individually assignable. So sales gets its deals, support gets its enquiries, and no one accidentally reaches things that are none of their business.

Adapted to your organisation

Via roles and permissions, access can be adapted to your business instead of sticking you to rigid defaults. When the team grows or responsibilities change, you adjust the role, not twenty individual rights.

Why this matters

Clear rights prevent mishaps and data-protection mishaps and make it possible to involve temporary staff or externals without opening everything to them right away.
