Email & communication: Kepler

Record communication

At the contact you log what was discussed, as an entry by channel: email, phone or social media, each with a note and an owner. So a seamless history per contact is created that everyone on the team can access.

Email straight from the contact

You can send an email directly from the contact. It's sent via your own email accounts (SMTP), which you store in the settings, so the mail comes from your address, not from a foreign system, and lands in spam less often.

Templates save time

You set up recurring messages as templates: first contact, offer, follow-up mail. That saves typing and keeps the tone consistent, no matter who on the team writes.

Why this is valuable

When a colleague takes over or a customer enquires again after months, the whole back-story is there: no “don't know what was discussed there”. That makes your team interchangeable in the best sense and the customer satisfied.
