Sort freely with keywords

Tags are freely assignable keywords for your contacts. Unlike the status (one stage) or the source (one origin), you can assign any number of tags, such as “VIP”, “Trade fair 2026”, “Call back” or “Newsletter”.

Flexible views instead of rigid fields

You filter lists by tags and run bulk actions. So you build exactly the groups you need right now: all trade-fair contacts, all VIPs, without anyone having to create a fixed field for it beforehand.

In everyday use

Before a campaign you tag the relevant contacts and address them specifically; after a trade fair you mark all new business cards with a tag and work through them as a block. Tags make your CRM agile instead of forcing you into rigid categories.
