Update 1.14: Accept, sign and pay quotes, Kepler
Updated
Customers accept quotes by signing and pay online, several people sign contracts in turn, and payment reminders go out in one go.
New:
Accept by signing:
The quote email carries an “Accept quote” button. Once your customer signs, the quote is marked as accepted, the draft invoice is created and you get a notification.
Pay online:
With online payment set up, an accepted quote gets a fixed payment link showing line items and total. After payment the deal is won, the invoice is finalised and the payment is booked, and your customer can pick a start date straight away.
Recurring services in the quote:
Each line item carries its billing cycle: one-off, monthly, quarterly or yearly. The quote shows what is due now and what continues afterwards, together with your terms and conditions, and acceptance starts the follow-up invoices.
Countersign in the app:
Your customer signs in clear steps: details, review the contract, sign. You then countersign in Kepler with one click, using your saved signature.
Several people in turn:
A template supports up to two additional signers. Each person receives their invitation once the previous one has signed, and your company signs last.
Reminders in one go:
The invoice list gathers every overdue invoice, and one click sends a payment reminder for each. Invoices that fall due notify the customer's account manager, and expired quotes get a follow-up step.
