Update 1.13: Team changes, emails in your brand, Kepler

Whoever leaves the team leaves no gaps, emails carry your brand, and enquiries get a confirmation and the right owner straight away.

New:

Leaving without gaps:

  • When you remove someone, Kepler asks about their open tasks, customers, deals and appointments: hand them over, free them up or archive them. Former colleagues stay visible by name everywhere instead of showing up as “System”.

Better protected sign-in:

  • A new password signs out every other device while your own stays signed in. Whoever manages the team sees sign-ins and failed attempts of all accounts in the security log.

Emails in your brand:

  • Under “Brand” you maintain name, logo, colour and legal links for every email. The preview shows the email with unsaved values, and a test email goes to yourself.

Receipt confirmed:

  • Whoever submits a form receives an email with a copy of their details. You choose the text per form from your templates.

Leads with the right person:

  • On the form you decide who receives new leads, and owner and source are set straight away. When you switch this on, earlier enquiries can be brought in too.

Deleted items come back:

  • Automations, booking types and email and document templates go to the bin when deleted instead of vanishing at once, and can be restored.
