Update 1.12: Invoices and contract terms, Kepler
Updated
Invoices are created in the CRM and go out by email as business letters, deals know their term, and customer mail sits in the customer file.
New:
Invoices in the CRM:
An invoice takes the issuer from your company details, applies the tax rate per line item and accepts part payments, with the outstanding amount alongside. If you like, a quote comes first as a separate step.
Sent as a business letter:
Invoices follow the DIN 5008 letter layout and go out by email with a PDF, including several at once. They carry a GiroCode for banking apps and appear in the recipient's language.
Contract term on the deal:
A deal knows its contract term. Expiring contracts show up as a renewal opportunity, recurring invoices are visible in the list and on the dashboard, and they end with the contract.
Customer mail in the file:
Emails from the customer and support replies sit in their own mail tab of the customer file. The outbox also shows what did not go out.
Import with your columns:
You run the customer import yourself and map the columns of your file to the fields, without having to hand the data over first.
Approval before it continues:
An automation stops at an approval step and only continues once someone on your team agrees.
