Update 1.16: Appointments, mailbox and connections, Kepler
Updated
Appointments reach customers as calendar invitations, bookings respect your own calendar, and an AI assistant can read customers, deals and tasks.
New:
Appointments as calendar invitations:
From an appointment with a linked customer you send them an invitation that Outlook, Google and Apple add straight to their calendar. If you move the appointment, the entry moves with it instead of appearing twice.
Bookings know your calendar:
Once you add your Google, Outlook or Apple calendar, the booking page no longer offers times when you are already busy. New booking types create a lead for every booking, and open requests remind you before they start and lapse afterwards.
No website needed:
Every booking type has its own booking page in your brand, where guests can also reschedule or cancel. A published form gets a link and a snippet for your website, without a developer.
Mailbox in one step:
For a mailbox, address and password are enough. With known providers Kepler fills in the rest and tests the connection itself, and if it fails, the reason appears as a plain sentence.
Connect Mesa without keys:
To connect Mesa you only enter its address and confirm in Mesa. Kepler takes over space and language itself, and if there is only one catalogue, it is selected straight away.
Your AI assistant reads along:
An AI assistant can read customers, deals and tasks of one space and cannot change anything. A super admin approves the connection on a consent page that shows what is read, and it can be revoked at any time in the settings.
