Update 1.5: New triggers and a safety net, Kepler
Updated
Automations now react to silence and standstill too, and a test run finally stops sending real mail.
Neu:
A trigger for silence:
“Contact with no reply for N days” starts an automation when things stay quiet. It fires once per stretch of silence, not again every day.
A trigger for standstill:
“Deal stuck in the same stage for N days” surfaces the case that is going nowhere, exactly once per stuck episode.
A trigger for one specific value:
Not just “field changed” but “field changes to this value”. Plus semantic triggers for “task completed” and “deal won”.
An error branch per step:
If a step finally fails, the automation routes to the fallback step you set instead of aborting the whole run. A loop is impossible: it never routes back into a step that already failed in this run.
A test run is a test run:
A trial run used to fire real mail and real webhooks. It now resolves and validates everything, and sends nothing.
Wait until the next working day:
A wait step can roll its continuation onto the next Mon–Fri, 9–17 window.
Switch steps off without deleting:
Individual steps can be disabled; and the same contact is not enrolled twice into the same automation.
