Process & milestones
Delivered predictably, not just promised
Software projects have a bad reputation: open budgets, postponed deadlines, in the end something other than discussed. We deliver differently — by fixed scope and fixed milestones, so you invest in a result, not in an open-ended project.
The path in four steps
- Concept — we clarify processes, users, permissions and the data model and pin down the scope. You know beforehand what's being built and what it costs.
- Milestones — the system is created in comprehensible stages, each with a visible, checkable result. You follow the progress instead of waiting in the dark for months.
- Launch — going live on your server, data takeover, training the team.
- After — maintenance and evolution with a fixed point of contact.
Timeframe
Depending on scope, the build time is typically 3–5 months. Not “it'll be done sometime”, but a result with a deadline.
Why fixed milestones
They protect both sides: you regularly see real progress and can steer; we work against clear goals instead of a moving one. The result is reliability instead of nasty surprises at the end.
