Files as part of the app

Many apps need files: receipts, contracts, photos, videos, plans. We build upload, storage and delivery in directly — so documents hang on the right record instead of in a shared folder no one maintains.

Automatic processing

Images are automatically brought into suitable sizes and a space-saving format (WebP) on upload, preview frames can be pulled from videos — based on intervention/image and ffmpeg. Large files are transferred piece by piece and reliably; a broken upload continues instead of starting over.

Secure & access-controlled

Access to files follows the app's permissions: a customer sees only their own documents, an employee those of their area. Sensitive metadata (such as GPS coordinates in photos) can be removed automatically on upload — data protection without anyone having to think of it.

In everyday use

A photo of the damage right at the order, the signed contract at the customer, the delivery document at goods receipt — everything where it belongs, and retrievable for the right people.
