Take over what exists

Hardly any app starts from zero. We bring existing customers, orders, products or stock from your previous spreadsheets or your legacy system into the new app — so you work with real data from day one.

Cleanly mapped

During the import we map your file's columns to the app's fields, check for duplicates and format errors and take over only clean data — faulty rows are reported instead of quietly creating data junk. Large volumes the app processes in the background.

Migration with a plan

When switching from a legacy system we plan the takeover deliberately: what comes along, what gets cleaned up while we're at it, what moves to the archive? So the new app starts with reliable data instead of years of baggage.

Recurring import

If imports should happen regularly — such as a supplier list or bookings from another system — this can be set up as a recurring, partly automatic process, not as monthly manual work.
