Update 0.11.0: Overview and learners, Lyceum
Updated
The overview shows per course where learners stall, the learner list puts them first, and you answer their questions in the back office.
New:
Figures per course:
For each course the overview shows learners, completion rate, revenue and the lesson where most people stall. One click opens exactly that lesson in the editor.
Setup in six steps:
The top of the overview lists six steps from the first course to selling, and the first open one takes you to where it gets done. Below it you see what needs doing today: open questions, orders needing manual work, deletion requests and expiring access by name.
Who is stuck comes first:
The learner list shows each person's course, lessons done out of all lessons and their last activity. Anyone idle for 14 days comes first, and course authors see the people in their own courses.
Enrolling without a purchase:
You enrol a person directly in a published course, and a new account receives an email with a link to set a password. You can withdraw this access again from the learner list.
Questions in the back office:
You answer questions under lessons directly in the back office, a counter in the sidebar shows the open ones, and you remove unsuitable posts. Course authors only see questions from their own courses, and learners can delete their own posts.
Email on completion and refund:
When someone reaches 90 % of a course, you get one email, and the same for every refund, even one triggered or reversed directly at the payment provider. You choose the address for this in the mail settings.
