The numbers that tell you whether your courses land — and why none of them flatters.
Who is there and how far
The learners list shows who owns which course and how far they got. Progress sits right there, not on a second page — the question about the name is almost always the question about the state too.
The counter does not flatter
What is counted is people with valid access, not accesses. Someone who bought the same course twice is one person. Someone with two courses as well. A number that lies upwards is worthless for deciding anything.
What the numbers tell you
A course that sells a lot and completes little has a problem in the middle — usually at one particular lesson. A course with few sales and high completion has a problem before that: the catalogue page is not selling it.
What deliberately does not exist
No per-second dwell time, no attention scores, no heatmaps. Those are metrics from a different business; here sales, progress and completion are what count.
