Update 1.39: Trash, bundles and drafts, Mesa
Updated
Deleted entries can be brought back, several go live together, and changes to live entries can wait as a draft if you wish.
New:
Deleting can be undone:
Deleted entries go to the trash. It shows who deleted them, restores several at once and takes you to the restored entry, and before you delete you already see which entries point to it.
Tables, callouts and columns in text:
You now build tables straight in the text field instead of having a separate field set up for them. Callouts, collapsible blocks and two or three columns join them, all reachable from the keyboard with “/”.
Several entries, one date:
A bundle takes related entries live together, at one scheduled time and after a pre-check. After bulk or scheduled publishing, too, the entries can be found in your website's search straight away.
Changes as a draft first:
For each collection you can choose to have changes to published entries saved as a draft first. The editor shows the waiting draft, “Publish changes” takes it live, or you discard it.
Nothing gets left behind when publishing:
Publishing and submitting for approval save open changes first and wait for a save in progress. If you leave the editor with unsaved work, you are offered “Save and leave”.
Planning in the calendar:
You move dates in the schedule by dragging, and in the month view you plan an entry for any day from today onwards, right on that day. The day view shows the week as a strip and the image of every scheduled entry.
