Approval workflow: Mesa

Approval instead of free publishing

Not everyone on the team should be allowed to publish directly. With the approval workflow authors create content and submit it; the lead approves. This keeps quality assured without the boss having to write every text herself.

The inbox

Open requests land in an inbox. Those with approval rights see what's waiting there and approve or reject with a note. Approved content goes live, rejected content stays a draft with a reason: clear and traceable.

Why it relieves you

You can delegate responsibility without losing control. More hands maintain content, quality stays high, and there's a clean trail of who approved what.
