Forms & submissions
The bridge between website and CRM
A form in GawendaCRM corresponds to a form on your website — contact, quote, call-back. What visitors submit GawendaCRM calls a submission. So an anonymous website visit becomes a trackable matter.
From submission to matter
Every submission lands in the system and is no longer lost. You can review it and create a contact or a task from it — or have “Auto-Lead” create a contact automatically. The source (which form) is recorded, so you later know what works.
Traceable & secure
Submissions can be marked as read, archived and annotated with notes and attachments. Every form has its own access key and is secured against abuse — so only genuine items arrive, cleanly documented.
Why this matters
Most lost orders are not lost in selling, but before it — because an enquiry was never handled. This bridge closes exactly that gap.
Built yourself in the builder
You now build forms yourself — in the visual builder with eleven field types, multi-step layout and live preview; more on the “Form builder” page. Submissions remember the field names at the time of filling: even if you rebuild the form later, old answers stay correctly labelled.
