Update 1.36: Named alerts, history for everything, media with usages
Every attention hint now names a concrete entry instead of just a count — and missed publications are a state of their own.
Neu:
Alerts with names:
“39 drafts older than 30 days” is a statistic. The same line with an entry name behind it is a thing you can picture and click. Every state now names an example.
Missed publications:
A scheduled entry whose date had passed fell between two ways of counting: the top said “20 scheduled”, the panel below said “no upcoming publications”. Missed is now a state of its own, with a list and the oldest overdue date.
History for every kind of entry:
Recently opened entries were only recorded in one of three views — single pages and tree entries left no trace. The history also shows itself when empty, with one sentence explaining what it is for. A tool that only appears once you have used it is not a tool.
The history forgets deleted things:
A deleted entry stayed in the sidebar and led into the same dead end on every click. The row now clears itself away.
Where is this image used?
A media item's detail panel lists the entries that use it, linked. Before deleting, you know what you are hitting.
