Restoring asks first and writes its own history entry — so every restore can itself be undone.

The history is now reachable directly in the editor, not only via the list.
Readable history:
Links appear as titles instead of numbers; yes/no fields and language versions are rendered readably.
Saving without a real change no longer creates an empty version; the panel uses the full width for content.
