Update 1.9: The customer file fills itself
Form submissions, appointment bookings and automation mail now write themselves into the customer's history.
Neu:
History without handwork:
The file used to fill from two sources, both of which a human had to trigger — on a real installation 52 of 56 customers had no history at all. Form submissions, appointment bookings and sent automation mail now write into it themselves.
One path, not three:
All three sources write through the same place, so none of them invents its own variant of the same record.
Mentions arrive:
@-mentions in task comments were dead in three places — a mention triggered neither mail nor notification. The chain is now complete; mentioned people are named and stay visible on the board.
Follow up what is stalling:
Open cases without a next step appear as a follow-up list instead of quietly lying there.
A consistent task history:
A task's activity runs through one presentation; a column change is logged with the column's name, not a number.
