Update 1.8: Forms, bookings and where an enquiry comes from

Neu:

Half-width fields:

• A field can be half or full width. First name and last name now sit side by side instead of stacked.

Harder intake:

• Incoming form submissions are validated more strictly and every error answers in the same format — a form on someone else's site gets a usable answer instead of a riddle.

Origin on the lead:

• A lead from a website form carries the source “website”; appointment booking is its own source in the catalogue.

Customer number from the booking:

• A lead from an appointment booking gets its customer number right away, not only on conversion.

One sender for system mail:

• The sender for password resets and other system mail is maintained in the settings instead of living in the code.
