Security & data
On your server, not in someone else's cloud
Your website runs on your own infrastructure. You keep control over where your data sits — no obligation to a foreign, possibly non-European platform whose access you can't oversee.
Less attack surface
A large share of security problems on the web come through outdated plugins. Where there is no plugin collection, there are far fewer gateways too. Clean, lean code is by nature harder to attack — you don't have to hope that a dozen foreign modules stay secure.
Data protection that holds
Because data stays on your infrastructure and services are deliberately connected via controlled interfaces, the site can be operated in compliance with data protection law. For maintenance access involving personal data we conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR.
Why this gives you peace of mind
You know where your data is, who has access and that the attack surface is small. Especially when customer data comes in via forms, that is not a detail but responsibility — built in here from the start.
