Challenge

Before the project Leipziger LWV had no control over their own presence. Content couldn't be published without a developer. Inquiries arrived unstructured by email, often three sentences and a phone number with no context about location, timeframe or service type. Applications drowned in the inbox. Every new service or city page was a developer task with lead time and an invoice.

There was no measurable SEO presence, no structured data for Google Jobs, no industry landing pages. The company was operationally strong but digitally invisible and, more importantly, not scalable.

Solution

We built a complete platform that Leipziger LWV operates themselves. The public website runs on a custom-coded Next.js architecture, served from a dedicated Hetzner server in Germany. Content is managed through Synapse CMS, our own headless CMS with collections for jobs, services, cities and industries.

The decisive lever is the AI helper inside Synapse. It is not a creative AI. It is a blueprint assistant. The client speaks freely about what they want to communicate, and the AI sorts the content along the collection structure into the right fields. Ten minutes of free speech become a complete service or city page. No more tedious field-by-field input. That is exactly what the name stands for, a synapse between what the client says and what the system publishes.

The internal job system works like a focused, lightweight version of a job platform: positions are created in the CMS, automatically delivered with structured data for Google Jobs and filtered internally. City and industry pages are generated dynamically from templates, each independently SEO-optimized.

Inquiries and applications go through Formline CRM. Every submission creates a contact automatically, moves it into the right board, sends a personalized confirmation and notifies the team. The inquiry forms are deeply structured: the company receives qualified data before the first conversation.

Results

Within the first 28 days after launch and just about a week after Google indexing, the platform delivered measurable early indicators: 1,854 impressions, 55 organic clicks, an average position of 7.5 and a click-through rate of 4.9 percent. A CTR at that level is well above the average for a fresh domain and shows that titles and snippets are doing their job.

The system generated one real applicant within the first week, fully captured, tracked, automatically routed into the correct board. Applications and inquiries no longer disappear into an inbox. New service or city pages no longer cost developer hours, they are created in 10 to 15 minutes through the AI helper in the CMS.

Leipziger LWV has full data sovereignty on a German server, no platform lock-in, no recurring license fees, and no risk that vendor updates break their setup. This is a beginning, not an endpoint. But a beginning with trajectory, clean architecture and tools the company can grow with on its own.
